Alexander Gross

Alexander Gross is a photographer, designer, visual artist, and educator born in Jerez de la Frontera (Spain). He holds a Fine Arts degree from UCLM and currently lives and works in Madrid.

Working as a photographer and designer since 2015, he has collaborated with brands including Adidas, Footdistrict, Create, Jägermeister, Vans, JB, Beemine Lab, Windsor & Newton and Prime Video, as well as cultural institutions such as the Museo Nacional Centro de Arte Reina Sofía, Teatros del Canal, Matadero Madrid and La Casa Encendida.

Since 2019, he has combined his professional practice with teaching, delivering courses and workshops at the Istituto Europeo di Design, UCLM, Vogue College and CANELA Espacio Creativo. In 2017, he was invited as a guest artist and lecturer at the University of Caldas in Colombia, and in 2026 he participated as a speaker at Galicia Design Week. His photographic work has been published in media outlets and magazines including El País, Neo2 Magazine, Tentaciones, AD, NUEBO and Acero Magazine.

As an artist, he develops editorial projects—with a particular interest in self-publishing—as well as exhibition-based work. His work has been presented at the Los Angeles Art Book Fair (USA), and in Manizales (Colombia), Ghent (Belgium) and Madrid (Spain).

In 2020, he founded his own studio, ALEXANDER GROSS STUDIO, offering photography, creative direction, and design services in the fields of culture, fashion, advertising, and communication.
